My Garmin instinct 2 solar tactical won’t sync to the app.

My lastest runs won’t show up in the app, but the device is connected via Bluetooth. I get notifications on my watch but can’t get it to connect to the app. I have completed a reset on my watch and deleted the app, and downloaded it again.
