Vo2 max is not updating on app ?

As above it won’t update from any exercise either via Strava or Garmin

Strava will never update your VO2 max in Garmin Connect.

Do you see VO2 max updates on your Garmin watch or bike computer? Everything is calculated on the device so it must work there before there is anything that can be displayed in Garmin Connect.
