Training status is not shown on the connect IOS app.

Hi, I am facing an issue, the training status is not updated on the connect IOS app. The trainings status on Fenix 5 and Edge 830 is displaying the same values and booth devices has been synchronized with the connect web app and iOS app.

Are there any hints to show the training status on iOS-App acc Edge 830 and Fenix 5?

  • Fenix 5 does not support the Training Status feature. You should get Cycling TS from Edge 830, though.

  • Thank for responding, but the Fenix 5S is supporting Trainings status ever since. It was the reason for me to buy this watch. On the new app is the Fenix 5S not listed as device for the connection, only the 5S Plus is mentioned. Weird is, that the watch is shown anyway in the app and can synchronized as well.

  • If you are meeting the requirements listed here, What Is the Training Status Feature on My Garmin Device? and still do not see a training status in your Garmin Connect account, we would like to investigate further. Do we have permission to contact you via email?

  • As I am aware, my training data meets the requirements to get a training status and the Fenix 5S is listed as compatible device. 
    The web-app, the devices Fenix 5S and Edge 830 are showing the same training status, but the iOS-app doesn't or is it not clearly recognizable?

    There is a smalll colored row, wish was used to display the training status over time in the old app.
    Does the big Symbol used on the Webb app has been removed on the  iOS-app?
