Where do we report not being awarded a challenge badge?

I joined the May Weekend Walking challenge which started today 10 May 2024.  The challenge requires a 3mi walk, which is 4.9km.  I walked 5.02km this morning but according to the app I have not completed the challenge.

    It happens that the badges don't work. 

    First make sure the activity really is logged as Walking. Hiking will not work. Post a link to the activity. 

    Two methods that usually fix the issue if it is working:

    1. Make an edit to the activity 
    2. Leave the challenge and join again 

    I did a test now and didn't get it either, but after leaving and joining the challenge I got it.

    I tried the edit and save method earlier but it didn't work.

    Leaving/Joining did work.

    This is the first time for me not completing a challenge even when I did.
