Fenix 5 no longer syncing activities with connect app

Fenix 5 is no longer syncing activities with connect app since 1 or 2 May.. Steps, heart rate, stress etc do sync in the app so the app and watch can communicate. . Activity is only uploaded via PC connection.

watch is updated and restarted. App is updated and phone restarted. Watch disconnected and paired to the app again. Nothing works.

any ideas are appreciated!

Hi, no the issue still exists. Unfortunately! Would be good if Garmin support could give some suggestions.

Hi patrick521. I solved the issue by removing the activity files from the watch.
connect watch to pc - go folder Garmin/activity and delete the activity files. ( or copy them on your hard disk for backup).
Disconnect watch and sync again with the app.
that solved it for me.
