I have Zwift connected but data is not coming through to the Garmin app? Why?

Zwift is connected to my Garmin app but no data is showing from my cycling

Just to make sure, you have connected Zwift and Garmin The at Home Cycling & Running Virtual Training App (zwift.com)?

When you say no data is showing that means you complete a Zwift workout save it and afterwards no activity shows up in Connect?

I figured it out. I had to start the Zwift by doing a ride then it all sync'd but only my ride from today not backdated rides.

I think there is a possibility to download activities from Zwift and add them manually to Connect. Submitting Zwift Rides via Garmin Connect – RemoteRacing

Just as a watchout: Zwift activities don't count towards your cycling challenges. For that you would have to record via a Garmin device simultanously.
