iPhone pairing

Hello!

I got my Venu 2s yesterday and have been trying to pair to my iPhone 11 but keep getting "pairing failed" message in the Connect app...

I can connect to my partners iPhone SE ok, which is interesting, but not much use!

It will connect to bluetooth directly, but when I forget the device on the iPhone, try again through the app, put in the code and connect, it does not work!

All softwares are up to date and I have tried all the troubleshooting tips I can find.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would start with removing your device from your partner's phone. Garmin devices will have issues with pairing to multiple devices.

More, Garmin Devices, select your Venu 2S, 3-dot menu, Remove Device.
iPhone Bluetooth settings, forget device

You may have already done this, but follow the steps in this video
