If I'm not in a rush, I'll use the web form starting from the Garmin Support Center. This would be similar to using the Garmin Support email address [email protected], however, there will be some delay as they create a case number and assign someone to your issue. I usually get a response in 2 to 5 business days. After the initial response, emails are more frequent until there is a resolution.
For a more immediate response, choose the chat option, which may not be available depending on your location and time of day. The phone number to call is also going to depend on your location. Where are you located?
