Why my pool swimming activity become others activity after synchronised? I’m using Fenix 2.

After I reset my Fenix 2 recently due to the watch can’t detect my distance in the pool, I face the problem as above in the title.

The distance record is ok now, but every time I synchronise the data, it appears others activity with simple data only. I can’t see the details of swimming like strokes, Swolf and others.

As far as I can see in the specs, Fenix 2 does not support the Pool Swimming activity:

I suppose you created the Swim activity manually - that cannot force a different activity type than the one of the activity you copied it from (or "Others" in case you did not copy any)

Thanks for your response. Previously Fenix 2 do support pool swimming and have most of the data like strokes and swolf. I’m curious that may b the Garmin apps keep updating but Fenix 2 watch soft ware no more updated till 2015 because this version already discontinued for few years.
anyway this watch still good in recording running activity.

OK, I have found the fulls specs of Fenix 2, and you are right that it does support Pool Swimming:

fēnix® 2 | Garmin

Unfortunately, I do not know why it does not detect swolf and other details. Please post a link to an older activity that does contain the details, and another one to a recent activity without them.

Finally I solved the problem after I hard reset one more time my watch. Thanks for the reply and responses.
