Are you trying to add an activity? Something else?
If you click the '+' by the In Focus Activity Trends, you'll be able to add an activity.
If you're trying to add more stats to your home screen, depending on your device, you'll have a selection of stats cards (30 in my case) to add under the "At A Glance" section. Not every single stat is there, but many are.
