Does anyone know how to import past information from Strava?

Good morning I have just purchased this device and would like to Upload my past Strava information does anyone know how to do this? Thank you for any advice

Which kind of information would you like to upload? If you mean Activities, then you can export them from Strava (see Exporting your Data and Bulk…

If you mean Activities, then you can export them from Strava (see Exporting your Data and Bulk Export – Strava Support for details - you need individual files, preferably in the FIT or TCX file format), and then import them into Garmin Connect (see Importing Garmin Connect Activities Into Garmin Explore | Garmin Customer Support)
