Garmin vivoactive 5 not charging

Garmin vivoactive 5 not charging, when plugged in it just shows the battery percentage but doesn’t increase, tried plugging it in both sides but battery percentage still does not increase i.e. charge

    Try cleaning the contact on the watch and on the cable. Try another charger. Try another cable. Restart or reset the watch. If nothing helps, contact the Product Support.
