Garmin Connect not uploading specific acitivity.

Garmin Connect not uploading my mountain bike ride activity but it did upload a running activity that was performed afterwards. Can someone explain and help please?

Does the ride exist on your Garmin device?

If so, I suggest trying a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Let us know if that works or if you get errors, meaning it is corrupted and we'd have to take it another step
