Yesterday and last 7 days blank

Since the new version came out, the yesterday and last 7 days sections have been blank.  Anyone else have this problem?  Are we dealing with another company that thought they needed to update the software so it would “look fresh” and forgot the functionality part of the equation?

  • I've seen other posts about this. Some have been able to fix this by resetting their home page.

    Bottom of the home screen, select Edit Home, then Reset Home. Close the app, open the app. Then go back in and verify Yesterday, and Last 7 Days is toggled on.

    Another forum member had success by adding “Sleep” or “Steps" to the In Focus section - Last 7 Days not showing any data on the new Connect Web page 

  • This happened to me, I had to rest the home page and choose a different theme, I believe it was the training theme. It did not populate the yesterday and last 7 days immediately after doing so though it took about 30 minutes before it showed up. I hope it works for you. If not I suggest contacting support and opening a ticket. 

  • There is not a reset home option on my app.  My history is gone.  The long hike it did yesterday along with 5 hours of yard work did not show on my app.  This is terrible.  My tracking is linked to my Virgin Pulse account for my insurance discount at work.  I am not happy with this upgrade.  Upgrades rarely work to the consumer's benefit.
