I would like to make sure that my work bike rides are not automatically exported to strava but are simply stored on garmin connect. I use a fenix 7s with the bike commuting activity. Is it possible to define the export to strava activity by activity? Thanks a lot.
You can't define what syncs and what doesn't. It's all or nothing. I don't sync anything. I've toggled off activities, then manually import activities I want on Strava.
