You can, someone posted a link to the good version 4.771 if you poke around here....
I reverted, and had the good version for 2 days, but the abomination came back this morning.
I just reloaded the good version and went into Play Store settings for automatic updates and disabled updates for all apps...I don't know if this will keep the new version away or not.
It's a good day at Fitbit, they probably can't believe their luck!
