When giving feedback on the new version of the connect app.

We need to refrain from using words like bad, disastrous, sucks, etc. those are subjective and the problems, bad design, and reduced functionality in the new version are extreme and can be referred to with objective measurable terms. This really isn't a case of aesthetic or like or don't like. This is a case of massively reduced functionality.

First of all, I don't like change.

Second, I like it even less when it is completely unnecessary.

Third, I abhor it when it makes simple things more difficult.

Finally, the "update" to the app is horrible…

The point being those words don't convey the problem and won’t lead to a fix. They just sound like whining from people who dont like change, which truly is not the issue here.
