Garmin Connect Mobile Updated Home Page

It’s terrible.

  • It’s awful - why change something that was so perfect - ridiculous

  • Mine does the same. Really fed up with this now as it used to work flawlessly with the previous version. Having to switch the phone off and on again to get it to partly sync is ridiculous. Hope they sort this out soon.

  • I still can’t find some of the data that has been hidden away since the “update”.

i try to avoid using the app when possible now.

Why do Garmin hate their customers?

  • It’s really poor, just empty flashing boxes. Looks like the rollout of the latest firmware was rushed and not fully tested prior to release.

  • Agree that the update is a huge step backwards. I was always annoyed that there was no option to log strength training as an activity so opted to use the “cardio” setting. Previously those sessions were logged as “workouts” in my last 7 days and yoga was logged separately… now in their wisdom both yoga and cardio are logged as “workouts”. V annoying as v different activities!

  • So confusing, old home page was so easy to navigate. Bring back the old one.

  • I hate it! I now can see much less than before. How is that supposed to be better? At least give us the option to go back to the old format.

  • This new home page is terrible no place to add activity or water or weight at the bottom like in the old version

  • Absolute rubbish. If they don’t give the ability to role back to the last software version  will be moving to an Apple Watch even if I lose some features. It is simply awful. The sleep analysis page is blank until you drill down into it. I suspect Garmin won’t listen but everyone I o ow who has a Garmin hates the new update.

  • Yes -  new GUI is step back in time.  I guess developers missed my scathing feedback on beta release. IMO Garmin should hire (yes pay) 6-12 consumers with a software development background to conduct a virtual UXUI deep dive

Otherwise, Can I get my money back on watch and scale? They are useless
