Garmin Connect Mobile Updated Home Page

It’s terrible.

  • I am not new to technology, I have done everything I could on my end and had done that before I contacted Garmin and opened a ticket. It is not  an issue with the watch it is the app. I appreciate your attempts to offer solutions but they are not helpful. Not everyone is having the same (or any)  issues and again just because your number is accurate doesn't mean it is a true reflection of what others are experiencing.

I can tell you that it's not the app. Because then everyone would have these problems ;)

I don't have ANY of your problems (I can't check my menstrual cycle, I'm a man).

Is this what the product support told you?

or is it just your guess?

  • I would have to presume Garmin is lying to me if what you say is true, I would not guess about it being the watch. I don't care to argue or debate this with you nor do I have the time. We can agree to disagree about the app.

  • Agree completely

  • If I can’t go back then I will give up on garmin and sell my watch.

  • Dear Garmin, who changed the format of the connect app and why? Data is now totally hidden, user experience is awful. How do I get my old app back or do i change app or sports watch?

  • There are a a lot of exisiting threads. Have you read through them?

  • It is great that you find that this fixes your homepage but all it really does it remove one tile from your screen, for many this is only a minor aesthetical change and does nothing to address the full shortcomings of the app.

  • I was glad to see so many others expressing the same disappointment with the recent ‘upgrade’ homepage layout that I am experiencing.  I need to be able to see all of my stats at a glance (not a glance with a bunch of swipes).  Before I go to another vendor, does anyone know of any third party software that might integrate with my Garmin watch?

    Thanks

  • Each and every available sports platform out there does that. Strava, Trainingpeaks, intervals.icu, etc. You might need to pay though, depending on the data that you want to analyze.
