  • I have the same issue with synchronizing. I will have to return it the scale and the watches.

  • The Menstrual Cycle card has said Loading Error since day one of despite all the data being their when clicking the card, the last 7 days - says wear your watch for 7 days  yet I haven't taken it off and the data is all there in the underlying part of the app, sleep data the same, no data in the card, the VO2 Max number on the card is different than the number when you click on the card ( reported in the bate but never fixed), I have manually hit the sync button to sync my watch repeatedly before I will get a full sync and even then it does not capture all the activities - some days runs are missing, some days its yoga, some its weights. I also wear an Oura ring and my readiness scores have been in the mid 80s on their app but in the low 40s on Garmin since the roll out of this app, my heart rate is also about 15 beats higher on Garmin than Oura, just for comparison, whereas these data points were comparable before the app change. Others have lost all of their data from challenges, menstrual cycles, and activities. There are significant issues. Should I go on? You are fortunate that you have not encountered any of these things, so please do not be so quick to think people are exaggerating.

    You are right. It all works for me.

    As mentioned before, I can't believe that different sleep data and heart rate data have to do with the app update. If the data haschanged recently, then it is obviously due to a firmware update of the watch. The last quarterly update was not that long ago.

    Numbers are the same. Both in the card and in the detailed view. Both in the app and on the website.

    It seems to me that you have connection problems.

    I'm sorry, I can't understand your problems. Have you tried removing your watch from the app, deleting and reinstalling the app and then re-pairing the watch?

    In any case, there is no general problem here as you can see.

    I believe that you really have all the problems you have described. But these problems are certainly not due to the new Connect platform.

  • Who thought up the new dashboard ? Not a fan in the least and have actually considered returning the product … too many software developers making quick, frequent and unwanted interface overhauls

  • This new homepage is not at all to my liking, how do you add an activity, can’t find it anywhere!!

  • Garmin seems pretty firm that they won’t bring the old app back.  Since my watch is getting old anyway, what brand should I switch to that offers what Garmin used to offer us before they abandoned us?
