I agree that it is terrible, I was so at home with the previous format and now am all at sea. Please can it be changed or give users the option to revert back?

I got a reply that its not possible to choose the ”old” version and they’re stickning with the new design. But they would ”forward” it to the designers…. Not much of a reply unfortunately

Unfortunately thats the level of customer care nowadays for some companies. It looks like apple and suunto will be getting some new customers, I can’t recommend fitbit as their customers service is shockingly poor.

No, the new home page is terrible. Can we please have the option of the old format? A lot less functionality.
