i think you will find they don't care. the only way they will care is with a mass exodus. i have just cancelled my subscriptions and told them in the feedback why, but one is not enough so i presume nothing will change  

Everyone light up the phone lines! Force them to notice the extreme call volume. Threaten to leave Garmin for good.

That’s an emphatic no. 

I bought my first garmin less than a week ago so I’ll probably just return it. I’ll probably spend a lot more and go with apple,  it’ll be worth it for quality customer care.

Garmin is now being dumb, they’re going to lose a lot of customers and they don’t care and aren’t even trying to fix it and aren’t listening to feedback

I like the previous version.  Compact.  Everything on 1 screen. Expand if you wish.  How about it Garmin.  Give us that option please. 

Yes terrible.   I tried it in the "beta" test version and switched back because it was so limiting.    I don't understand the thinking behind this.
