Anyone having issues with sync after update?

I woke up this morning and along with the ifry new app, I can’t seem to sync. I’ve restarted phone and watch, updated phone and watch, disconnected, restarted, redownloaded app, I’ve done it all. My watch will not sync.

Any advice would be helpful.  I received a vivoactive 4s for Xmas ‘23 and as of right now it’s useless.
