Training Status or Training Load are showing on watch, but not in the Garmin Connect Mobile app

Training Status or Training Load are showing on watch, but not in the Garmin Connect Mobile app What should i do ! Is a bit frustrating, i have a epix pro ( 2nd gen ) 

  • From the home page scroll down and go to Edit Home > Edit At A Glance > Add "Training Status" Then move the Training Status tile to the location you desire.

  • And how can I see my total training load? Can only be seen by device..

  • Once you have training status on your home screen, tap on it. Then you'll see load, tap on load then you'll see Load Focus, Exercise Load, and Training Load.

  • If you edit the glances, there’s an option to ‘add more’, there’s a one for ‘load focus’ too.

    • Thanks for that , but not this is mean , i have them on my app and added on glancen, but sadly saying  not enough data , also I can’t see my sleep on the app, training status and trainning readiness I can’t see on the app , but oh my watch i have everything. And i run every day and i sleep every night with the watch on. For more then 2 months. 

    •  This are my every day runs And here says not enough data 
    • So I don’t understand what is wrong with  the app . 

    • I deleted and installed again / i tried many different methods but nothing works to show on the app all the data 
  • Ah I see. If all these parameters are working and displaying correctly on your watch then it must be a sync issue with the app.

    It sounds like you have tried everything that might fix the issue already. Did the issues happen with the latest app update?

    I’m experiencing gaps of recorded watch data in the app. Others have reported issues syncing activities. There must be app issues that need to be fixed.

  • This issue is before the update , is like this for long time , 1 month or more, I waiting to collect data but still nothing happened unfortunately.

  • You mentioned sleep data is missing from the app too? If training status, readiness, load and sleep all work correctly and have data on the watch then it must be only an issue in the app.

    Have you tried removing the watch and repairing with the app?

    yes also sleep tracking not showing on the app , but everything shows on watch. Is super weird
