Hi my sleep recording page and data disappeared some time ago from my Quatix5 watch widgets.

I have given up looking in the help and online as none of the responses seem to be either relevant or fix it.

Anyone got recent experience. Quatix5 sapphire.

Also in May 22 connect stopped recording the steps heart sleep data into my calendar never managed to get that back. I’ve added the sleep times back in manually as suggested somewhere but it only shows the times not any activity.

  • Check the filters for the calendar and make sure what you want to see is enabled.

  • Hi Andy. Thanks for looking. I can’t find anything in calendars that looks like it would hold it back. In the connect app settings allow all is ticked. Is there setting in the connect site I need to look at?

  • All the ones in connect are ticked

  • Is your watch logging the data? Any data? Your calendar is very empty.

  • It is showing heart rate, steps all those things on the watch but not sure if it is recording them or just showing them if that makes sense. When I scroll down I get barometer, heart rate, steps stress etc but sleep has disappeared it was there from the start then not.

  • Maybe you have removed that glance on the watch. See if you can add it.

The syncing to Garmin Connect doesn't seem to work any good. Try syncing with Garmin Express on a computer.

A restart of the watch often fix many issues.

If that doesn't help then remove the watch from Garmin Connect and bluetooth in the phone and then add it back. I had to do that last week when my syncing stopped. I could sync activities with Garmin Express, but the health stats didn't sync.

    • Sorry not sure what “at glance”  you mention means. That app or widget?
I’ll check when I get to a pc thanks I’ll give it a try.
  • Glances are on the watch. Previously called widgets.

If you press the down or up button you should see them. Could be different on different watches.
