Anyone know how to create super sets when editing a workout ( post workout). As well as how to dupllicate added exercises so that I can create sets. I’m currently having to add the same exercise each time , which is time consuming and annoying. There must be another way ?
side note , iv also noted my Garmin no longer displays my rest and active movement combined in my workout summary which is also annoying- any idea how to get it to display that all again?
