I am trying to set up a individuel running program in garmin coach, which I have done before. But when I have entered the day for the Long run I could not get anyfurther

That is the event that will be your goal for the plan. You didn't find any. Maybe the event isn't added or your search params are incorrect. You can also create your own event if the event isn't added already.
