Instinct2s solar logging high solar input but not charging

My Instinct 2s solar is recording high levels of solar input but is not charging. My husband has an instinct 2 that I’m comparing it to, we wear them 24/7, are together 24/7, exercise together and use GPS exactly the same - last check his had charged to 113 days and mine read 9! Any suggestions?

I wore my Solar Instinct 2x throughout my vacation in Spain were the sun was shining all day. But I can not say that I felt the battery of the watch charged more than 1-5% a day??
It would be nice if you could check the solar loading statistics in the Connect app. Because it would be more objective than my sense that it is not loading.
