How to avoid Garmin coach generating Chinese workout?

This problem has existed for a long time. Unless you abandon the existing data and create a new account, no matter how you operate, Garmin Coach will always generate a Chinese version of Workout:
1. Change Android language to English
2. Delete Android Chinese language library
3. Restart your phone, restart your watch, log out and then log in again to Garmin Connect
4. Change the language of the WEB interface Garmin Connect to English
Etc., etc

When you log into your Garmin Connect Webb account, is it on the world-wide servers at connect.garmin.com, or rather at connect.garmin.cn ?

it's connect.garmin.com, not cn

Then I would check the location at https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/profile/ and the language settings of the browser. If it does not help, reach out to the Product Support at https://support.garmin.com
