Lifting workouts

When creating my own workout routine I have no way to edit weights and reps or even change the exercise on the fly in the middle of the workout like I do with the free lift version.  I like to have a pre-set workout, but no way to track my progress is very sad. Also sometimes you can’t get on the machine or bench so you need to change things up.  Please add these edit features.  Plenty of times I do 12 reps and the watch only counts for a few. 

  • You can edit weight & reps but you need to insert a rest or recovery in between your sets. Enable edit weight in strength activity settings. When you finish your set press the lap key then you are given the option to edit reps followed by the weight. Press the lap key again to start the next set and so forth….

    You can change the exercise after your done in Connect but not on the fly…
