Garmin Connect Unavailable Mobile Device Virtual Activity

I can't access Garmin Connect and just get some message about a virtual activity that is supposedly happening. I have no activity going right now and other then an eclipse happening at this moment I don't see why this is happening today after never seeing this before for months.

This issue pops up, but without any good explanation to why it happens.

Someone solved it by turning off HR broadcast on the watch. Check if that is turned on.

Restart watch.

Check in the wrist heart rate settings.

I can't find any solid info to why this occurs. Some solved it by turning off broadcast HR. I haven't been able to reproduce it so I don't know why it happens and how it is fixed.
