Currently I do trail runs and will compete in a race in some weeks. As Garmin PacePro isn't optimal for trail runs I used plot a route. I can enter time information there, but when I upload that GPX to Garmin Connect and start the race on my watch the time information isn't correct, it doesn't take the uphill/downhill information.
Is there any way to plan a trail run in beforehand (i.e. uphill km slower etc.) and then race against that information?
