I’m not sure where to ask this, so if this is the wrong forum, please point me in the right direction.
I’ve started doing power step classes pretty regularly. Meaning the set-up is basically 2-3 songs of step (cardio), and 1-2 songs strength exercises (both body weight and manuals/weights). Some variations between classes/instructors. Which Garmin activity is best to choose for these sort of combined workouts?
I have a vivoactive 3 music if that makes any difference.
