Garmin Connect keeps disconnecting from device

The Garmin Connect App keeps disconnecting from my forerunner 245. I have to forget the device and reconnect it when this happens, sometimes multiple times a day. The app is up to date.

I've run into a similar issue. I have a garmin fenix 6s and android 14 with pixel 8 pro. My watch will disconnect from my phone and I will have to manually connect. sometimes by going to my watch to the phone settings --> pair --> and then follow the instructions in the garmin connect app. I have to do this almost daily. my watch is running version 27.00.
