Bluetooth not connected

Hi,
I have purchased my new Forerunner 265 but cannot connect with my Garmin Connect on my iPhone - I have updated app on phone, set watch to pairing mode, connected successfully with Garmin express and set up on my Garmin account but when going through paring process my app cannot find my 265.
