Strange Performance

Connect is acting strange. In the seven day and yesterday areas, only the weight information shows. When I tap the app refresh icon (circle, blue, that turns) it never stops and nothing is refreshed. It seems like has been going on for a couple weeks

My Garmin watch is stuck on the last 7 days screen. I can’t see any other information on the watch except that one screen.

Can you see all data on Garmin Connect Web? If there is nothing either, try connecting the watch over the cable to a computer with Garmin Express, and sync with it. Then see both with the app, as well as with GC Web, whether it helped.

If syncing over the cable works, then you will have to troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection (My Garmin Watch is Not Syncing or Staying Connected to the Garmin Explore App | Garmin Customer Support).

If syncing over the cable fails too, then there may be a problem with the account - the watch may be associated with multiple accounts. In that case Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, then log a few minutes of steps and HR, and record a test activity, sync, and see whether it helped.
