Garmin Coach 21km - only easy run (30min)

Hi

I startet my 21km plan 3 weeks ago, and now I have only easy runs for 30min scheduled which I should do in low pace (what means 50-60% of max). How can I make any progress like this? This is just walking…

So I will just walk about 2-3km, how does this prepare me for 21km running?
