Then try to get to one - at a friend, in the family, at work, or even a public one. Macs work too.
If not possible, then contact the Product Support, but they can barely help you, if you do not have the possibility to access the storage of the watch.

i dont think that the activity have the problem but app.
The app seems to work fine - there is no surge of problems reported here on the forums, so it looks like it works just all right for most people (including myself).
