Running activities not sync after Beta Updates

After updates Beta on my Iphone, my running activity didn’t sync to Connect. Need help.

Beta or not shouldn't matter. You can test the activity to see if it's corrupt by doing a manual upload Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Mine did the same. The activity is stuck on my watch and I keep syncing to the app but it will not load. Not sure how to download the file from the watch to manually upload. Hoping this isn’t a glitch…

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Mine did the same. The activity is stuck on my watch and I keep syncing to the app but it will not load. Not sure how to download the file from the watch to manually upload. Hoping this isn’t a glitch that needs a new update. No other data synced after the update. It’s like anything from the time of the app update until the sync is loss. It’s still on the watch but won’t load on Garmin connect.

Yep I have experienced the same issue. Was in Beta and running activities failed to sync from watch. Swapped out of Beta, disconnected and all the usual fixes and still wont upload. The files are on my watch still

I declined the beta mode and this is where it stopped working afterwards

Ok after manually uploaded my run, it’s automatically updated my next run. Thanks man.
