Forerunner 945 LTE won’t pair with Garmin Connect Mobile iOS

Just got this watch but have been trying for almost a week with no luck to pair it with the Garmin Connect app. I tried all the troubleshooting tips I found online (restart iPhone, redownload app, toggle Bluetooth on and of.

Anything else to try?

If you see the watch in the list of Bluetooth devices on the phone, then remove/ forget it there, before trying to connect with Garmin Connect. If it does not help, call the Support for assistance.

Thanks for the reply. I contacted support & the issue has been resolved.
