Manual Weight Entry in lb/kg?

why can’t i enter my weight in pounds or kg and have it convert like I can enter distance in miles or km?

i refer the metric distance but imperial weights

seems like a miss!

I agree. Running seems to make sense being metric (km) as the world thinks so. However, weight in the US is in lbs, including when lifting weights. It needs to have this ability.
