Change Garmin pay pincode?

2 cards were added to use with GarminPay and I was able to pay with them. Last couple op months I did not use Garminpay, and when trying to use it today, my venu2 ordered me to use Connect to change/reactivate my pincode. I am unable to find the GarminPay-> change pincode in the Connect app…. ??????

You probably didn't view the device page and clicked Garmin Pay there. If you click More > Garmin Pay you can't change the code from that page.

In the app you click the device in upper right…

No help yet, so just removed my Garminpay cards an re-installed them. That works. But …. What if I need to reset my pincode again? Still no option in Connect visible..

If you forget the pin code you must add the cards again. It wouldn't be secure if you could change the pin without knowing the old one.

I did not forget the pincode but my phone ordered me to change since I did not use Garminpay for a number of months. It directed me to use Garmin Connect to change the pincode, but it is impossible to find the menu item I should use as described in manual.

In the app you click the device in upper right corner (or More > Garmin devices). If you got multiple you select your device. Then in that page you click Garmin Pay > Change Passcode

THANKS!!! That’s the place to look for the “change passcode” option!! Maybe Garmin should update the manual and make sure the “device page” is mentioned to look for the change passcode item

The Dutch manual is not that clear…: 1 Selecteer op de pagina van het Venu 2 series toestel in de Garmin Connect app de optie Garmin Pay > Wijzig pincode.
