You can reset the watch if you want, but the HRV is an absolute value, so it won't change. The baseline may change, but it will take up to 3 weeks to re-establish it after the reset. And if you just wait a few days, instead of resetting, the baseline adjusts to your HRV automatically. So in fact typically it will be much faster to wait for the auto-adjustment, than resetting the watch, which deletes all data and settings on the device.
