"find my phone" it is disconnected when I need it.

My Garmin watch has the option to "find my phone" and every time I need to use this option, it is disconnected. I have to update the application on my mobile phone and then it is linked again. I need the Find My Phone option to always be operational, any idea how to do it? Thank you.

This will depend on the Bluetooth range, which is typically around 10 meters. Are you saying that your phone cannot be found even if it is nearby?

Exactly. In this moment I have my cell phone in my hand and the watch on and the Find My Mobile function is disabled. In this icon it says "open the application on the phone". I have an iPhone 7. Do you know what it can be or how to solve it? Thank you

Garmin Connect must be running for that function to work. Do you force close the app?
