Badge Not Counting Properly

My rise and grind badge isn’t counting the days properly. It always says three. I get the points properly every seven days, but it always says three days complete

Hi. Trying to figure out why the sleep badges aren’t registering for me. I got a 100 for body battery and also had a body battery of 75 and above for 7 consecutive days but wasn’t awarded the badges for those 2 badges. Wondering what I need to do? I have screen shots of the data from that time.
