Where exactly? I see only correct numbers on all three screenshots
Thank you for your prompt answer trux!
Please, bear a minute with me. Let us take a look to the last screenshot. What I understand from it is that at 16:42 hours it registered 17 minutes of activities, then at 17:59, 1 hour and 17 minutes after the first entry, it registered 11 more minutes for a total of 28 minutes of activity. So, I can assume that in a period of time of at least 88 minutes it registered 28 minutes of activity. Is that how the watch works? I mean, how long must one be resting before it knows it is a different session of activity.
You are using the Move IQ events which aren't any real activities. It is just that the watch notices that you are doing something because you are making many movements over a longer time and logs that as an event. It doesn't matter for the intensity minutes if the watch logs it as a Move IQ even or not.
To see the details for intensity minutes you can hold your finger on the graph and slide it to see the times and values change and correlate that to the logged activities and Move IQ events.
Do you get any more info about the Move IQ event if you click it. I don't use Move IQ events since they are pointless, so I can't test. It is a lot better to log real activities. You will get much better data and probably also more intensity minutes since the HR logging is more accurate in activities.
Is that how the watch works
No, Intensity Minutes and Activities are two unrelated matters. Intensity Minutes are recorded all day long, whenever your HR is above the threshold, regardless whether you are recording an activity or not.
