Disconnected and connected continously

My vivoactive 5 keeps disconnected and connected even the watch is near the phone. This problem makes me crazy. Please help me to solve the problem.

I had this too yesterday evening. And suddenly a messsge appeared on my watch about if I wanted to install the software update. Maybe your watch was also downloading the update? After that message about he update my watch stays connected again. So I assumed it was disconnecting constantly because it was busy downloading the update.

I got this problem after I updated the software to ver. 9.24

Disable the connected alerts. It is normal for this to go in and out, but the notification is unnecessary and obnoxious.
