Body battery

I have an iOS and the body battery data will not show on my app. I have a phoenix 6. I have tried a hard restart but it still only shows my sleep and stress without the body battery calculation. All my height, weight, etc info is in the system.
Why won’t my body battery calculate?

Is the Body Battery panel enabled (scroll to the bottom of the My Day screen and tap on the big button Edit My Day to verify it)
Do you see the BB data when you open the BB screen through the app menu (triple dot » Health Stats » Body Battery)?
Do you see the BB data on your watch?
Do you see the BB data on Garmin Connect Web (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/body-battery)?

My body battery card sometimes was ‘gone’ too. I have it listed as the first card in the app, but sometimes it shows ‘steps’ as the first card. When I refresh the app page (swipe down and hold) the steps card goes back to where I want it and body battery is back on the top.

I hope this makes sense. I have trouble explaining it.

You can edit the layout, and reorder the panels, on the screen Edit My Day.

I know. Thank you. I mean that there’s an UI bug. Because it resolves itself when you refresh the page. I was wondering if OP maybe was experiencing this too.

Similar issue for me however, I see my current body battery but when I try to see the change over the day, I can’t see the value.
