3 green lights on the back of my vivomove won’t turn off?

There are 3 little green lights that stay illuminated while charging and after charging on my Vivomove HR.

i have no idea how to turn them off and this has not ever happened in the 3 years I’ve had my watch.

Try a restart. Connect to the charger again and then remove it. That will restart the watch.

The green lights should normally be flashing which means the watch is measuring your heart rate. When they are steady it is constantly measuring your HR. They should turn on like that during activities.
