Training Status and VO2 Max

Is anyone able to solve the training status equation for me and help me understand how it works?

For weeks my training status was stuck on Maintaining. I worked harder  and longer, even getting my 7 day load up to 1,100. I make sure to be balanced too- high intensity and low. Till a week ago I had been purely running and strength training, but I added my first bike ride and it suddenly moved to Productive even tho the load was down to 740 at that time.

This morning it was at 1140 load and says Productive. I went on a 45 min base run and it dropped to Maintaining. It makes no sense to me.

Age 62. VO2 max at 43 Am I at a plateau?
